Tricia J. Duthiers

Ms. Tricia Duthiers is a Partner of the Firm and heads the Appellate Practice and Litigation Support Practice Group. Ms. Duthiers is also a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Duthiers practiced complex commercial litigation, products and professional liability, insurance law, toxic torts, personal injury, and appellate law in West Palm Beach, in state and federal courts. Ms. Duthiers is also a former staff attorney to the Honorable Carole Y. Taylor at the Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Ms. Duthiers graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida and received several honors and awards, including President’s Honor and Dean’s List. Graduating at the top her class, she was elected to Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Beta Kappa, two of the oldest and most prestigious academic honor societies. And, while attending law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she received the Holderness Moot Court Gressman-Pollitt Award in recognition of exemplary skill in appellate advocacy.
