Ms. Cohen is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Cohen joined the Firm in 2024. She has extensive experience as a commercial litigation, healthcare and intellectual property law attorney. Her legal practice has included the representation of large Florida and national hospitals and healthcare systems in regulatory, peer review, and litigation matters, and corporate clients in complex business disputes. Ms. Cohen has also handled the comprehensive intellectual property portfolios of large-scale corporations, educational institutions, hospitals and individuals. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Cohen has served as an adjunct professor of law, as well as an adjunct professor of medical ethics. Ms. Cohen is a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Institute for Bioethics & Health Policy, and has published scholarly work in the field of medical ethics.
