Ms. Serradet is a Partner of the Firm and a member of the Litigation Department. She joined the Firm in 2012. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including the representation of banks in a wide array of matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Serradet represented property insurance carriers. She also gained significant experience prior to becoming an attorney by working for international health insurance carriers in the U.S. and in the U.K.
Ms. Serradet obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami. She then attended the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Ms. Serradet received honors in Research and Writing and was awarded the Dean’s List, the Book Award for the International Trade and Human Rights Seminar and recognition for Outstanding Achievement in Pro Bono Work.
