Mr. Liebler heads the Firm’s Trial Advocacy, Consumer Class Action Defense and Complex Commercial Practices. He practices in federal and state court, and has tried dozens of cases to verdict. He primarily represents national banks, insurers, and national corporations.
His Financial Institution practice includes the defense of branch and deposit based claims, and consumer finance defense. His tort defense practice includes the defense claims arising from client security operations and retained insurable risk. Mr. Liebler represents institutional clients in a wide array of consumer and commercial disputes, insurance-related issues including complex insurance coverage disputes.
