Carolina M. Quintana is an associate in the Firm’s Tort Litigation Department. Mrs. Quintana joined the firm in August 2017. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced in the areas of premise liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, general insurance defense, commercial litigation and first party insurance litigation. Mrs. Quintana graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2008, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 2011, Mrs. Quintana earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. Ms. Quintana is a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. She is currently admitted to practice law before all Florida state courts, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. A Miami resident, Mrs. Quintana is an active member of the Florida Bar.
