Ms. Wiley is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. Prior to joining the Firm in 2011, Ms. Wiley served as an Investigative Attorney with the U.S. Employee Benefits Security Administration, where she was responsible for investigating technical aspects of ERISA, HIPAA and COBRA, as well as coordinating civil and criminal investigations among the U.S. Department of Labor; U.S. Internal Revenue Service; U.S. Department of Treasury; and Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation.

Before that, Ms. Wiley was an Associate with the multi-service firm of Akerman Senterfitt, where she focused on litigation, tax, real property, corporate, banking and private client services matters.
