Tara E. Faenza

Ms. Tara E. Faenza is a Senior Associate, Team Leader of the Firm and a member of the Labor & Employment and Litigation Departments. Ms. Faenza joined the Firm in 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Faenza worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where she tried 20 jury trials and numerous bench trials. Ms. Faenza regularly litigates cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She defends employers against all types of employment-related claims, including: Fair Labor Standard Act (FLSA) wage/hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, whistleblower suits, FMLA violations, breach of contract and general litigation matters. In addition, Tara conducts training seminars for management and human resource professionals on critical topics. Ms. Faenza’s practice involves all aspects of commercial litigation and labor and employment law. Ms. Faenza has practiced in areas such as breach of contract, first-party claims, insurance, and other business disputes. Ms. Faenza represents employers, including private and government, on a full range of employment-related matters and disputes. Ms. Faenza counsels clients with regard to such issues as human resources policies and procedures, workforce reduction, workplace privacy and social media issues, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and litigation avoidance strategies.
