Marina Tous Clots

Ms. Tous Clots is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Tous Clots joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with a focus on international commercial disputes. Originally from Barcelona, Spain, Ms. Tous Clots earned her first law degree from the University of Barcelona, where she was one of only two students to be admitted to a dual-degree program that would enable her to obtain a U.S. law degree in only two years. Prior to moving to the United States, Ms. Tous Clots worked for an international law firm in Barcelona, where she was exposed to the practice of law in several European jurisdictions.
