Ms. Woods is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Woods joined the Firm in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Woods interned at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida for the Hon. Thomas G. Wilson, served as a judicial law clerk in the Delaware Superior Court for the Hon. Richard F. Stokes, and practiced law in Delaware focusing on corporate litigation and bankruptcy law.
Ms. Woods earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Woods served on Stetson Law Review as a Senior Associate, competed in Moot Court, and participated in the Honors Program. Ms. Woods also received recognition for obtaining seven highest-grade awards, earning the Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution Award, and receiving the William F. Blews Pro Bono Award. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Woods obtained her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, and master’s degree from Suffolk University.
