Ofonedu-Ime Goodwyn
Mr. Goodwyn is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Litigation Department. Mr. Goodwyn joined the Firm in 2010 and focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, secured lending transactions, and enforcement of creditors’ rights. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Goodwyn was an Associate in the Real Estate group of a Wall St. law firm, where he represented institutional lenders and private developers in all areas of commercial real estate, and later worked with a Fort Lauderdale based firm enforcing creditors’ rights in secured lending transactions.
Mr. Goodwyn, born and raised in the Bronx, New York, earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law. As a law student, Mr. Goodwyn focused his course work on real estate transactions, land use and taxation; served on the Columbia Business Law Review; and was selected to work in Mumbai, India as a Center for Public Interest Law Human Rights Fellow.
Mr. Goodwyn resides in Miami with his wife and, in his spare time, enjoys scuba diving, golf and yoga.
