Michelle N. Gonzalez

Mrs. Gonzalez is a senior associate of the Firm and a member of the Real Estate/Transactional Department. Mrs. Gonzalez joined the Firm in 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, Mrs. Gonzalez worked for national and local law firms representing both lenders and borrowers in construction, permanent, bridge and mezzanine financing transactions, and has also represented banks, institutional investors and developers in various commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and management of office buildings, apartment complexes, hotels, shopping centers, warehouses and mixed-use properties and the creation of real estate joint ventures.

Her current practice concentrates on residential and commercial real estate lending transactions. She represents banks and other financial institutions in connection with the origination, purchase and sale of commercial real estate loans and low income/affordable housing loans. Mrs. Gonzalez also represents national lending institutions in loan restructuring and workout/foreclosure alternatives for distressed loans.
