Maritza Gonzalez Fisher

 Ms. Fisher joined Liebler, Gonzalez & Portuondo, P.A. in September, 1999, and concentrates her practice in the area of secured lending and commercial real estate transactions.  The firm represents several major financial institutions in connection with secured loan transactions.  Ms. Fisher also has experience serving as lender’s counsel in connection with the documentation of affordable housing projects, and in connection with the documentation of workouts and restructuring of troubled loans. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fisher practiced law at Shapo, Freedman & Bloom, P.A.  concentrating on corporate and securities law matters.
