Brendan S. Everman

 Mr. Everman is an associate of the Firm and a member of the Litigation Department.  Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Everman worked for a boutique Miami law firm where his practice focused on commercial litigation.   Mr. Everman also previously interned for United States District Judge Jose E. Martinez.

Mr. Everman graduated from Yale University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.  As an undergraduate, Mr. Everman was captain of the Yale Men’s Swim Team.  

In 2009, Mr. Everman graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.  During law school, Mr. Everman served as Editor-in-Chief of the student editorial board for Psychology, Public Policy, & Law.  He was also a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and the recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
